Snake Goddess a replica of the famous bronze statue that was found in 1903 on the site of the "palace" of Knossos on the Greek Island of Crete Greece. (1600-1580 B.C). Snake Goddess apparently was named that because she is holding two snakes in her hands which symbolize the mysterious life. On her hat sits a lion. Dimension: 6 1/2" tall.
(The original Minoan Snake Goddess is exhibited at Archaeological Museum of Iraklion and is 13 1/2 inches or 34.3 cm tall)
